Mobility Support Consultant

The Mobility Support Consultant is responsible for daily management of in house client inventory (including but not limited to procurement, shipping, and maintenance of spare inventory pool), as well as mobility help desk support for clients.

Major Duties and Responsibilities

  • Receive spare devices into inventory, and log them in appropriate applications and tracking systems
  • Process cancellations and suspensions with wireless vendor, and update inventory in Asentinel application
  • Re-deploy spare devices into the field as needed
  • Monthly inventory reporting according to client specifications
  • Procurement of both new devices and upgrades for assigned clients
  • Support of Asentinel’s clients to validate, track, and resolve issues
  • Monitor and track support issues in the Asentinel ticketing system
  • Troubleshoot reported issues with mobile devices

Skills and Abilities

  • Technical knowledge of all major wireless operating systems
  • Familiar with the use of the vendor portals for device ordering, as well as service requests
  • Ability to communicate effectively (verbal and written) with clients, and the technical support organizations in the wireless vendor support departments
  • Ability to multi-task continuously
  • Good organizational and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision within a team environment
  • Ability to problem solve and manage complex activities

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or 3 years relevant work experience, preferably in mobility
  • Strong mobile device knowledge
  • Ability to communicate effectively
  • Proficient in Word and Excel
  • Ability to multi-task continuously
  • Familiarity with wireless vendor portals
  • Previous experience in a customer support role
  • Bi-Lingual, second language preferred to be Spanish

Education and/or Training

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, or Computer Science, or adequate relevant work experience

Senior Software Engineer

Asentinel, LLC, 6410 Poplar Ave. #200, Memphis TN, seeks a Senior Software Engineer to lead, design and implement customized solutions utilizing Asentinel proprietary software; provide direction to software engineers; develop new application modules and interfaces; contribute in initial design phase of implementations; lead in configuring new customers; provide after-hours support and knowledgeable technical resource for account management; participate in product design, development, debugging of Asentinel software; general support, maintenance, documentation, product improvements such as performance tuning, usability, and automation enhancements and assistance with upgrades.  Requires Master’s Degree in Engineering or Computer Science plus 36 months of software development experience in healthcare industry applications, including experience with JAVA, AJAX, Oracle programming, monitoring and tuning Oracle databases, integration with Lawson systems and on-call support, with three years experience deploying enterprise applications for IBM Websphere and implementation of Jasper reports, with at least two years acquaintance with developing/implementing Spring framework-based applications, and relevant work with international teams and projects, and at least one year work experience using Scrum methodologies in implementing software projects is required.
