Invoice and Expense Management
Asentinel will receive 100% of your invoices regardless of carrier, currency, language or billing medium. Our solution validates the details to identify erroneously-billed charges such as violations of contract rates, inventory, and configured business rules. Invoices will be automatically cost-allocated, GL-coded and approved for processing.
Let us resolve billing disputes with your vendors by generating the proper documentation from within the Asentinel application, communicating with the vendor, and tracking the status of the dispute through closure. With our 3D Automation, Detect.Dispute.Deliver, we have created a technology-based identification and communication process that is unparalleled.
We'll work with your organization to ensure your inventory database remains current and accurate by tracking all fixed and mobile inventory assets by vendor, client, location, employee, account number, service type, etc. Asentinel's Customer Defined Fields (CDF's) ensure that every aspect of each asset is defined and therefore eligible for inclusion in all queries, reports and analytics.
Vendor and Contract Management
Through our ongoing Contract Control service, we will review your contracts, extract all of the pertinent rates and discounts, and load them into Asentinel 8.0.
